Hi, I'm Christine!

I am a product designer at One Medical, currently working to improve our members' experience before, during, and after their in-person and remote visits. Before that, I was at Capital One, working on how credit card customers dispute a transaction, post-fraud and post-dispute experiences, and the future of digital servicing.

Design is my approach of choice for digging into human needs and pain points, and building a better future in which those problems are transformed.

Outside of work, I enjoy being by or on the water, live music, spin and Pilates classes, and exploring coffee shops and restaurants.
